Orders under £20 are £3.99, or upgrade to Express DPD for £5.00.
European delivery takes 5-10 working days. International customers may be charged local duties or taxes.
Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) on weekdays ship within 24 hours.
Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or before a bank holiday will ship the next working day.
You'll receive tracking details once dispatched.
RETURNS
Return unopened items in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.
Extended holiday returns:
Orders placed between 14 November - 24 December 2025 can be returned until 15 January 2026.

What voltage is the Heist 3.0? Can I take it on holiday?
The Heist 3.0 runs on 220-240V with a UK plug (Type G). It works in the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. Heading to the US or Canada? You'll need a voltage converter. Always check local voltage before plugging in.
What’s a diffuser? Do I need one?
A diffuser is a round attachment that spreads heat evenly, great for enhancing natural curls or creating textured styles. But not everyone needs one, so we made it optional.
