What is the Plasma Coating System – is that the same as Ionic technology?
Not quite! The Plasma Coating System takes ionic tech up a notch. While ionic dryers reduce frizz by breaking down water molecules, the Plasma Coating System balances moisture in your hair and scalp, keeping everything healthier. Paired with Heist's H-Protect system, it works to give you smoother, fuller-looking hair while preventing damage. So, it's like ionic tech, but on a whole new level for hair and scalp health.
What voltage is the Heist 3.0? Can I take it on holiday?
The Heist 3.0 runs on 220-240V with a UK plug (Type G). It’s travel-ready for the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, Dubai, Singapore, Australia and New Zealand. Heading to the US or Canada? You’ll need a voltage converter. Always check the local voltage to keep things running smooth.
What’s a diffuser? Do I need one?
A diffuser is a round attachment that spreads heat evenly—great for enhancing natural curls or nailing TikTok trends like alpaca hair! But not everyone needs one, so we made it optional. Less waste, more of what you actually need.
