SHIPPING

Free standard UK shipping on orders over £20. Orders under £20 are £3.99, or upgrade to Express DPD for £5.00. European delivery takes 5-10 working days. International customers may be charged local duties or taxes.

Orders placed before 3pm (GMT) on weekdays ship within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm on Friday or before a bank holiday will ship the next working day. You'll receive tracking details once dispatched.

RETURNS

Return unopened items in original packaging within 14 days for a full refund. For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products.

To return an item:

1. Email info@heist-london.com within 14 days of receipt
2. We'll review your request within 48 hours
3. If approved, we'll send you a prepaid Returns Label
4. Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receiving your return

Return shipping costs are your responsibility. We recommend using tracked/insured services and keeping proof of postage.
